Printing Capabilities

The ColorSpan® offers many unique capabilities - These two pictures show the use of a jig in the creation of Dining Stones™ holders. An 8' x 4' x 1" sheet of wood was routed with circular insets to hold the product in place as the entire sheet is fed through the ColorSpan®. There is printing on both sides of the product so two passes through the ColorSpan® and the printing is complete.



Thanks to the UV curing provided by the ColorSpan®, the ink is completely dry when the jig exits the printer. The product can be flipped over and the second side printed immediately.
